No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of Antech Solutions Ireland. If you intend to return any product or order to Antech Solutions Ireland you must first contact us to request a Returns Merchant Authorisation number (RMA).

Proof of purchase

Products bought only from this store may be returned directly to this store. Electronic receipt, proof of purchase will be required.


Customer must take care to securely package all goods including the original packaging and the RMA number must be clearly identified on the outer packaging. The RMA number will enable prompt processing of your returns. (Failure to display the RMA may result in the rejection of your return.). Customer is responsible for returning products to Antech Solutions Ireland at the Customers risk and expense. It is recommended that you should use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance and keep a record of proof of posting.

Unwanted Goods

Any stock order placed that has been correctly supplied by Antech Solutions Ireland and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, within 7 days of receipt of goods, This is only applicable if goods remain in a “as new” and unused condition including all parts and packaging remain intact. All Un-wanted returns will subject to a handling charge of 30%. The cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.

Special orders

Non-standard stock items, Special orders (including spare/replacement parts) or calibration services ordered with or without product cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

Ownership of Goods.

Any product(s) returned to Antech Solutions Ireland shall become the property of Antech Solutions Ireland. If Antech Solutions Ireland determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, Antech Solutions Ireland reserves the right to charge Customer for the parts. Antech Solutions Ireland will advise the Customer prior to assessing these charges.
